Subprocessors

Who else processes customer data

Clafk relies on selected providers and integrations for hosting, database services, authentication, transactional email, monitoring, payment processing, mailbox connectivity, and AI-assisted processing. Each is used only for the purposes necessary to provide the service.

Changes and objections

Customers are given reasonable notice before a subprocessor is added or replaced, and may object on reasonable data protection grounds.

Clafk requires subprocessors to provide appropriate data protection obligations consistent with the services they provide, and remains responsible for its own obligations under the DPA. Each subprocessor’s processing locations and terms are those it publishes.

Notifications and objections

To be notified of subprocessor changes, or to raise an objection, contact the Clafk Security Team.
